Vsync has infinite total supply as other PoS coins, but it's inflation will decrease considerably and come to almost zero inflation at the last phases of the PoS period. You can get more information at Vsync specifications in the OP.
At its final phase of PoS, new coins will be genrated for system maintenance budget, and rewards for transaction confirmations for stakers and masternodes at very limited number.
