then you did something wrong. I along with a ton of others have done manual redemptions within 24 hrs (I've had some redeem within an hour, and only once in about 20hrs). The redemption desk hours are manned and the time along with the addresses are clearly there on the website.

If you don't have a single effin thing to compare in order to make the analogy, than quite simply, you need to stfu.
