dero-wallet-cli.exe --daemon-host seeds.dero.io
that would not download the BLOCKCHAIN?
Please use derod.exe --add-exclusive-node 89.38.96.169:18090 --add-exclusive-node 89.38.97.110:18090
After that you can open dero-wallet-cli
