We released v1.2.2 of the wallet not too long ago. We're also working on a brand new custom built explorer as well as an official mobile wallet.
about 1.2.2 - it is strongly slows down on linux 16.04 x64
I cannot confirm this. Works fine for me on 5 separate nodes.
