is it really that bad at telegram? why is the team so unfair to the people. Are they scammers and do not want to distribute tokens? that's a catastrophic team there . I thought it is a top ico. but it's just a scam and a flop token

I thought that when I will come back here I will see some progress. This is 3 weeks later and nothing changed. There is no official statement at all only few words from Telegram manager not clear at all. What is happening with this ICO? I appreciate we've all been patient as we should be, however this bounty distribution is starting to become a little bit too delayed.
