Hi Peasantfarmguy, your 2nd device should work fine for mining. We've added it to your account!

However at Echelon 4, you'll still only be able to mine on one device.  You'll need raise your Echelon Level by posting additional Mining Social Proof. Those are any posts you make that help spread the word: just enter them on your Hadron Dashboard.
