Hi, I like this project. No more need to panic sell in future. 
I have registered, & my ETH holdings in Metamask is reflected in the dashboard. Am I still able to add in my ETH and be valid for ICD?
And during ICD holding period, is it not allowed to add or spend ETH?

We have already provided the information on telegram for the first question.
And for the second point yes you are correct, just make sure that you have at least the registered amount when you claim. (a variation of 50 finney is allowed to account for transaction fees)
