I am assuming that this will only be valid for the weeks that nullius is eligible for winning the first place prize, right? As it currently stands, the rules will reflect that a sole user can only win first place once every two week period.
Yeah, it's a one time offer:P.
If nullius makes it to first place and so there will be no winners you can use the funds for the next round normal prizes.
