I've always disagreed that Terrahash is a scam, I still disagree that they are. A poorly run business and a scam are two different things.
The end result is the same. Customers get screwed.

In a scam you are likely to never get your money back.
With a poorly run business, you will eventually get a product or get all/some of your money back which is what we're trying to accomplish right now.
Which will generate negative outcome. Yeah, pretty much the same thing as a scam
