Of course we need regulations, there are a lot of scams out there. But those have to be regulations and not manipulations..
Basically, not just scams but to have bitcoin into proper and to be legal to other countries .However, rules and regulations are healthy for the market to make people knows what are the right and wrong things to do, and inorder for the bitcoin users to be responsible and discplined.
