Youre empowering them to be their best, trusting that they will then do the right thing. And the right thing they do may not be what you were expecting; it may be something beyond your wildest expectations.
first of all to motivate a person is to compensate well, reward and recognize. make the work place radiate postively at the end of the day no job is easy but you'd be motivated to go to work even though if its stressful if your superioirs/management don't add up to the stress and recognizes your hardwork instead of being another stress factor for their employees.
