It is my feeling that Terrahash's intentions were and probably are good. They need some business people in addition to the engineering expertise. Engineers and musicians (in general) are good at what they do and not good on the business end. Both get screwed by it frequently. I think this is what you're seeing. That they are taking people with them is unfortunate, but not criminal.
