It does not say this - it states the opposite:
"The swap/fork will happen automatically and you dont have to send the old COSS anywhere."
However, it wasn't unequivocally clear I must admit. They should have added - :even if you hold it in an external wallet" but I'm assuming that the statement implies this.
My COSS tokens were on my MEW address on 4th so will I still get the new ERC223 tokens? Did they start sending out the new tokens?
