The problem seems to be the foundation wont give any of the ICo money to the team due to some concerns,it now has at least two lawsuits and as I now believe the fbi are involved as well.This is just my opinion but it could be at least the summer of next year before you see your tokens if ever.If you read your contract with tezos you will see as quoted in the Merkle tezos never said you would deff receive tokens it might just be a donation on your part.
