I'm so sorry for your loss. Never put in more than you can lose. I have made such losses as well, but as long as you diversify, the ones gaining will make back all those losses eventually. You can still bounce back and there's hope yet. Maybe not in this bear market, but there are signs of reversal and I reckon that it will happen within the next few months (or even this month).
