You must be well connected in the crypto world or have shit loads of money. Otherwise I don't know why or how you could expect to be listed on Binance

Seriously, it's extremely difficult to get listed on a major exchange like Binance if you don't have the money to pay the fee. And even then there are several qualitative and quantitative criteria you have to fulfill as a coin or token.
