Better to finalize first the spreadsheet so people will not panic, And update about distribution is not necessary because spreadsheet is final. So when people see their status on spreadsheet and already finalize participant will be calm.

I am also agreeing with this statement. Bounty tokens are normally distributed late. So nobody worried about distribution in the first instance. here even stakes is not known. Spreadsheet is not updated completely which makes the people very panic. If Envion is working on it, then why they did not do that live. Time to time people will check it and will get convinced.
