Is there a way we can check our balances in the account?...just so we have a piece of mind?
Perhaps by providing the btc deposit address or username?

Atm we dont have access to ACP and deposit address wont show exact balance.
It is safe for us to restore access to ACP since it is all API which is not compromised. That is also why you can rest assured that all user balances are safe.
That said i will check how fast we can have ACP access to help you have piece of mind.
I also want to take this opportunity to thank you all for awesome support and for not causing to much drama about this.
This was not our fault, while it is our responsibility and we will handle this promptly and safely with our users as priority as always.
