Stuck xmr transactions

Hey SafeDice,

We have been emailing but you have not replied for a few days. Can you please read and respond.. My email is d***trader@protonmail.com.

Basically the transactions do not show up on chainradar or any other xmr block explorer.. also the site is not allowing any more withdrawals but says 'Something went wrong, hot wallet may be empty please be patient or contact us via email in the FAQ section.'.

Please can you correct this problem. I would like to invest more in your site but can't do that until these issues are sorted so please sort this ASAP.
