If bounty stakes are stll in calculation, does the tokens trading on idex comes from investors? Are ico tokens already distributed?
I think until now the division stage for the gift of belom is distributed, and I think also in idex from investors because there are some tokens are out of the LNC wallet.
this is my own view, I also know definitely because there has been no official announcement from the developer!
