Pros: fast transactions, anonymity, high MNs revenues, low prices for MNs.
Cons: low trading activity, high miners rewards, the coin is listed only on one exchange.
Sounds pretty much like a whole lot of different coins. Additionally, I believe that these are the pros and cons just for someone who is trying to get as much coins and as soon as it is possible. From what you wrote it seems to me that you only want to get enough coins for some MNs and sell, but your only concern is that you can't sell earned coins fast enough.
I've got to admit - price of the MN is insanely low. Let's take LUX into consideration: it requires 16120 coins for single MN with $11.5 per piece. MasterNode price of 1000 ETHF with a price of $0.03 a piece. You will end up with more MN owners then miners.
