I'm with you on this, they said that they found a suitable property in Thailand, i am curious to see if there is any update there.
There are many parts to get valued.
Legal establishment, development of platform, first investment, first dividends...
Then platform can get deserved attention and value. And I'm not sure if those will be done in the timeline they declared.
