My team and I are looking to integrate our healthcare services platform (Potion Owl) on the Neblio Network. We started as a personal project in 2014 before officially opening doors to locals in our country in 2016. Generally speaking the problem with promoting an ico even if you are an existing company or you are conducting a project is that most persons default to the term 'scam' even if this is not the case. What is Potion Owl?
Potion Owl is a healthcare services platform with the aim of making healthcare services accessible at anytime from any location for consumers (patients). Its head office is located on the island of Jamaica (Think Reggae, Bob Marley and Usain Bolt). We focus on the engagement among consumers (patients), healthcare providers and service providers.
