I think that now it's the best time to buy BTC. As wise traders say - buy low, sell high. And now the price is about 50% of ATH (which was about 20.000 USD).
I agree with you now is the best time to invest at cryptocurrency especially at bitcoin because value price now at the market is at low. But as a beginner you must be knowledgeable at cryptocurrency. Study and research must be required inorder prevent from getting loss at cryptocurrency investments. Always consider the volatility that price value at the market may go up and down due to it's supply and demand. The lower the price the higher earnings if it rise back. Better to search coins whose capable and has potential to rise at the market.
