I'm surprised that you are planning to enter Real Estate lending market only in Latvia and Estonia at first.. Is it big enough to your ambitions?
Even on those two market it would be possible to reach 30-40 mln EUR portofolio of assets for P2P platform.
It is very important to start project where you are completely sure and confident in growing your business.
