For me If I have that $10000 I will not spend only ETH because NEO, ICX, OMG and many more altcoins that are undervalued or altcoins that has below $100m marketcap with low total supply. You do that by searching deeply about the market of crypto and all altcoins out there. Goodluck.
There are other alts that can give greater profits but at the same time people have different strategies for some 10000 dollars is a significant amount of money and they cannot afford to risk them in some of the most risky altcoins out there so they prefer to buy some of the safest coins even if that does mean they do not get as many profits, the problem of the op is that he wants to invest in safe altcoins and still obtain huge profits.
