Looks like there is ongoing discussion regarding a community pool happening in slack now, #community_pooled_node , awesome!!
If those guys get enough pooled VOTE from small-medium KMD holders to secure a notary, great (mission accomplished), otherwise I'll help get them across the line with some of my VOTE.
If other parties try and start another community pool for small-medium holders I'll try and help there too, if I can.

It looks like the community pool oranisers don't want my kind of 'help', that's fine, everyone is free to choose their own path. I withdraw my offer above.
