The payouts are sent when we find out next block (for free) unless someone else picks up our payment (at low fee) first. I can see the pending payment in my wallet (electrum).

yea the payments have been recieved for last block
Payments are showing up in some wallets but have no confirmations yet. If they are not confirmed by anyone else, they will be confirmed by our next block.
