This thing might be buggy, I take absolutely no guarantee that this will work without problems, I've successfully sent and received coins though.

You have to create a mktcoin.conf in the C:\Users\YOURUSER\AppData\Roaming\MKTcoin and add the following content:

If your client is not syncing then go to
http://bsod.pw/explorer and click on the connenction count in the mktcoin row. If this works for you, please donate some MKT to me since this was a pain in the ass to get running.
