In the United States, the Securities and Exchange Commission and some state governments have made moves to regulate the trading of cryptocurrencies. Former SEC Chairman Harvey Pitt told CNBC last month that the commission was likely to make major regulatory changes to cryptocurrencies in 2018.
Although U.S. authorities arrested Jon E. Montroll, founder of BitFunder, a closed cryptocurrency exchange, accused him and his company of fraud. But this does not prevent people from buying bitcoins.
And this also doesnt mean that bitcoins will be banned in US. We here, it is our duty to talk positive about bitcoins. We dont have to create FUDs about them and if someone else spread them, we must endure those FUDs to death. We have some responsibility being the users of bitcoins. Like this one, this is just rubbish to say bitcoins are going to be banned only for the reason that this man is accused.
