Hi there, perhaps I wasn't clear in the post prior to this.  I believe that I ruled out the TP-Link as being the problem, as I was able to mine using the TP-Link from the broken machine in the working machine. So CGMiner was running from the WRT703n with no issues, which is why we were narrowing it down to the Control Unit, PDU or a cord somewhere.

If I'm overlooking something about the test we did (isolating the TP-Link by using it to mine on a working machine) please tell me, I'd love to get any hints at something that will solve the issue.
