my solution for airdrops is very simple

* never (EVER) send your real email address, facebook etc
* if airdrop will give you too many coins/tokens just skip it (red alert: real high odds of scam)
* skim the white paper to look at the idea of the project
* find more info on social media (fb/reddit)
