Our enterprise device has already been FCC certified, which is Federal authority. State regulations are specific to emissions. Our tool has the ability to read DTC and provide smog readiness reports.

I`am really weak about this! What`is FCC and DAT? As I understand your tool will notify about exceeding the permissible emission standards for exhaust gases. Well, VW needs you!

The FCC is the Federal Communications Commission. They regulate all communication being passed via radio, television, wire, satellite, and cable. The process to get hardware certified and approved is very extensive and can take years. We've already completed that process with our enterprise device. Our consumer tool is in that process now and we're hopeful to have it released later this year. We have a huge advantage over anyone wanting to collect data and store it remotely. We already have this process completed and working.
We actually reached out to VW immediately presenting them with a solution. Gluon had a great way of being able to support all their customers without having to interrupt their current service infrastructure. Unfortunately they were a little overwhelmed with the investigation etc. You're correct, they definitely need us!
