Who was the the lucky guy to sell Viacoin for 0.025 BTC?
The volume is incredible over 178 million last 24h.

Loads of users had their funds stolen on Binance (most probably the ones who were using trading bots), and hackers bought VIA with all that money. This is where the 180Mil volume is coming from.
