Bitcoin-Silver was an ERC20 token that was recently created and does not seem to be listed on any exchanges anymore.
Bitcoin-sCrypt is a cryptocoin on its own native blockchain that was released in 2013.
We have no idea what happened to Bitcoin-Silver but Bitcoin-sCrypt will be around forever.
