Bitcoin is currently down under 10k but I think it will not go deeper under 9k. This is the perfect time to buy more bitcoin and just hold until May because the price can go to 15k
Anything could happen.. price could go under $9k, it would be a good opportunity to buy more at a less price(if it goes!). 
The dump may have been caused by SEC [1].
