include newbie and Jr member, this now youre account Jr member not only join social media campaign, but you can join signature campaign too
Social media campaigns do not require ranks to join. You just need an active account then you can apply to participate. As a Jr. Member, you can join any campaign since this is the minimum rank required. But since the merit system was implemented, Jr. Members could no longer participate in the signature campaign since wearing signatures is no longer applicable to this rank.
