the thing that might possible to happen if you wanted to help some of your friends to bought a property here in our country send the payment in btc from and someone will claim it and convert it in to a Philippines Peso therefore with that people from you country can buy properties here another concern is whos gonna be the claimant ? You should have a trusted contact person to deal with it .
