My perspective about revenge is no matter what form of revenge you inflict on someone, it will never bring you true happiness and contentment. Yeah sure it will make you feel that adrenaline pump of success but it is only temporary. What I've learned in the past where people have wronged me was I embed hatred in my heart for a long time. It's not a good idea I know, and it's suffocating in a manner that it holds my life bound to hatred. When I seek forgiveness to the Lord, not only did I forgive those who've sinned against me but also I also forgave myself. It's liberating.
