There are definitely some quality ICOs on the market. Like most of the people here have said just don't jump into anything too quickly.  Ensure you are confident that the coin is something that will be used long term...that it is filling a void or providing a solution to a common problem or improving the way we do things now.  A few great examples are Rentberry, Concierge and NEO. These are projects that have or will improve a current marketplace, platform and/or transaction of money.

Look into their team (that they are legit & have relevant experience), roadmap, social community and quality of content, marketing, website, product or service, how much support they have from VC and public so far.
