any time you can sell your  bitcoin if you want, but it depends on you if you want, but i prefer to sell my bitcoin in times that bitcoin price pumping or high, i must hold my bitcoin until the bitcoin price is going higher, and for me thats was the best oppurtunity to sell my bitcoin.
