Of course, you can! But the question is do you have what it takes to stand up against these villains? Lol. I called them villain cause that’s what they deserve to be called. You can take legal action against them, if you know who they are. It’s possible.

Even you do  not know they could be traced down by the police once the complaint is officially launched. They have a cyber cell team who can trace them and put them behind the bars if the need be or depend upon the crime or theft they have done. One should go and register the complain if you have being cheated.

i think its imposible to traced someone who uses bitcoin because we all know that bitcoin is kinda anonymous and private , although it is posible to view and linked their bitcoin addreses but criminals and hackers were too smart to be caught. They may be even use a fake bitcoin wallet/address and fake profile in order to hide thier identity.  Overall it is really hard to trace and caught bitcoin cheaters or hackers rather we can only avoid them.
Asides the usage of bitcoin which obviously gives the said scammer a chance to even stay out of the loop, ordinarily, getting a hold of these guys is something that I count impossible unless they mistakenly dropped a loop hole somewhere which most of them due to their crazy activities for a while already know how to always cover that up, so catching them is not even something that is fully possible, without even talking about the legal actions.
