PS: sorry... the thumbnails of the pictures are not working... I don't know why...

you forgot to post the riser connection to your GPU. or either you dont install it?

EDIT:

now I see it, Connections seems ok with risers, however for Troubleshooting, dont use the riser for the meantime and directly plug the GPU on main pci-e x16 slot. when you do this, install/plug the molex power on the board.

..and yes, the both molex were powered when the graphic card (gc) was plugged into the pci-e slot. I tried a lot of different installations.
A friend of mine is guessing that it must be an option within the bios. everything else should be correct.

this is a good option, and btw, have you tried other pcie slots? did you get any response from GPU like fan spins, or LED Lights on?
