Did you lose ALL 24 words... or just one word (the 24th word)? 
If you lost ALL of them... you're out of luck... if you've also lost the ledger device or it has been wiped, there is no recovery
If you just lost one word, you can VERY easily find it... even if you try it manually, it's only 2048 possible words!
Seriously tho... if it is just one word, you can use the "seedrecover.py" that comes as part of btcrecover... it will recover your missing word in seconds. You just need to know one bitcoin address from your ledger.
