any adequate investor or trader will say that it is 50/50. You can never predict exactly how the market will go, you can only say "if, then so..."
Yeah we can not predict price but in my opinion it seems that possible to reach the price of bitcoin to $25k USD. We just need time to wait as we can remember that last year it was a surprised for us to hit at $20k. So, at the current price it will be 2.5X to reach that target.
