it actually a really good project, but in the current markets there are just not enough new buyers out there to increase the price of an ICO, and everybody knows that the only thing that makes an ICO appreciate in price is new people buying tokens because they hope they can sell it for a higher price. Only very select few ICOs have utility from the start that can make the price increase naturally.
