Yes, I just checked, Android wallet has once again started to work properly.
For how long? Will it go down again? I hope not! This intermittent failure is unacceptable in the real world!
I think you're overreacting a bit. Nobody uses a mobile wallet for holding more than a few coins temporarily. Also you insulted the devs and some community members. I'm not surprised you got banned on telegram.
Try to do some reading on setting up and running wallets. It's complicated, and if you encounter a roadblock you need to fix it yourself, or ask nicely for help.
