I think that Bounties board on bitcointalk are really messy and it may be not easy to search for latest bounties. Better try websites like Bountylord:

Bounties - you have to promote projects in various ways, like signature campaigns, social media campaigns, translations, blog campaigns and etc.
Airdrops are basically free giveaway of coins/tokens.
