I think at this point we need a full RCA from the devs as to why forks are happening constantly. Id like to know the technical reason behind these issues. Then maybe I, or another community member could help fix it. Is there going to be a GUI wallet also or only Daemon first running and then wallet.cli?

The GUI wallet is scheduled for Q2 after the network transitions to the golang implementation in 3 weeks. For now, the network is running on the old CryptoNote protocol written in C++. The code needed to be completed before it was possible to build a GUI wallet. Without the code there would have been zero functionality, just a GUI.
