I can't claim from faucet. Why this happening?

If they say you're not allowed to get any faucet means you might have reached the faucet claim limit on this account.
Just guessing you may need to prove an active player. For that may need to deposit and play first before they activate your faucet.
I have deposited there and also made withdraw and received my payment. I think I'm active player. I'm at level 2 now.
I can't contact the support. There I also getting an error that...Error: You can't sent a message.

Seems you are new here or otherwise level 2 doesn't means active player (forget that), fairness is more important here than activness.
If I amn't wrong Baryom has gmail too (will try to find later and edit this post, just remember he has, hope I amn't wrong).
